J. Blanton Plumbing is rapidly growing and looking for experienced HVAC Comfort Advisors, Comfort Consultants, and In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to transition into a year-round, high-ticket sales opportunity.
If you have experience meeting with homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing residential HVAC projects, we'll train you to become a successful Sewer Sales Consultant. No sewer experience is required.

What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
- Assess customer needs and recommend sewer repair and replacement solutions
- Present options and financing solutions
- Build trust and guide customers through the buying process
- Close high-ticket residential projects
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- 2 years of HVAC sales or in-home residential sales experience
- Experience as a Comfort Advisor, Comfort Consultant, or Residential Sales Representative preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience selling high-ticket residential projects
- Valid driver's license
- Motivated, coachable, and customer-focused
