Resident Monitor – J Bar J Boys Ranch

If so, consider joining our team as a Resident Monitor (RM) at the J Bar J Boys Ranch.
Our residential programs are as unique as the youth we serve. Resident Monitors play a key role in ensuring the safety and supervision of all residents while fostering responsibility and accountability. RMs actively engage with youth in daily living activities, provide guidance and feedback on appropriate interactions, and assist with risk or crisis management when needed.
As part of a dedicated team, RMs help maintain consistency across the program and document their interactions with residents clearly and professionally.
About J Bar J Boys Ranch:
J Bar J Boys Ranch is a residential treatment program for adjudicated teen boys. We provide youth with opportunities to restructure their thinking, succeed academically, and develop personal responsibility.
Position Details:
- Shift: Swing shift
- Schedule: Full-time (part-time also available)
- Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Shift Differential: Offered for qualifying hours
- Language Pay: Bilingual Spanish-speaking staff are encouraged to apply — additional bilingual pay is available
