Ft Direct Care House Supervisor

The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the overall functioning of a home with up to 4 developmentally disabled clients. The House Supervisor will provide leadership, feedback, training, and mentoring to new and current staff as needed/directed. The House Supervisor will assist with coordinating care for the clients at the house including, but not limited to, scheduling, coordinating medical appointments, ensuring community interactions, ensuring client safety, monitoring of client funds/petty cash, and assurance that client programs are being implemented correctly and consistently as needed/directed by the House Manager/Program Manager. The House Supervisor must maintain effective working relationships with their staff, the management team, and all other team members involved in the clients care including, but not limited to, social workers, guardians, parents, and school or work staff. The House Supervisor must maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications: Ability to pass MVR check to be a driver; ability to pass State and County Background studies; a minimum of one year experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
