The Role: Coordination & Connection

As a key player in our Business Development Center, you’ll be at the heart of our service operations, handling everything from inbound inquiries to proactive outreach.

What You’ll Do:

• Service Coordination: Manage inbound calls and professionally schedule service and mobile appointments using our CRM/DMS systems.

• Proactive Outreach: Execute outbound calls for safety recalls, appointment reminders, and follow-ups to keep our customers safe and informed.

• Departmental Bridge: Partner with Parts and Sales to notify customers of special order parts and manage rental vehicle scheduling.

• Campaign Support: Support service marketing campaigns to help grow our local community reach.

What You Bring to the Table

• Communication Skills: You have a clear, professional phone presence and a genuine desire to help people.

• Organization: You can multitask like a pro, managing call volumes while maintaining strict accuracy in our database.

• Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a call center or automotive customer service role is highly preferred.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM/DMS software is a plus. Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major advantage!

• Availability: This is a full-time position with rotating Saturdays and extended hours as needed.
