Financial Markets Sales Lead (Corporate FX & Interest Rate Solutions)

Join a growing financial markets team and help drive FX and Interest Rate solutions for corporate clients. This role is ideal for an experienced financial markets professional with a strong corporate client network and a proven track record in FX, Rates, and Treasury Solutions. The successful candidate will partner with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance leaders to provide risk management strategies, market insights, and tailored hedging solutions while contributing to revenue growth and treasury initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate client relationships.
- Originate FX and Interest Rate hedging solutions.
- Drive new business development and revenue growth.
- Provide market insights and risk management advice.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Corporate Banking, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Support balance sheet, liquidity, and treasury initiatives.
Requirements
- 10 years of FX and Interest Rate sales experience within a banking environment.
- Experience advising corporate clients on FX, interest rate, and liquidity risk.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of financial markets products, treasury practices, and hedging strategies.
- Experience working with corporate treasurers, CFOs, and senior executives preferred.
