Tax Advisory Position Summary:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and multi-entity businesses
- Lead complex tax planning and compliance engagements (S Corps, partnerships, trusts)
- Develop forward-thinking tax strategies aligned with client objectives
- Oversee engagement quality, profitability, and client experience
- Supervise and mentor Managers, Seniors, and Associates
- Collaborate with firm leadership on client development and operational planning
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and workflow efficiency
Tax Advisory Position Requirements:
- Active CPA license required
- 4–12 years of progressive tax experience depending upon title
- Strong expertise in pass-through entities, trust taxation, and multi-entity structures
- Experience advising high-net-worth and entrepreneurial clients
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax matters
