What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
- Style and recommend products with confidence
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Support daily store operations and inventory tasks
- Build strong relationships with customers and the community
- Contribute to team sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated
- Passion for retail, fashion, design, or community-based businesses
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Eye for aesthetics (or willingness to learn)
- Team player who can also work independently
- Retail or relevant experience preferred
Qualifications
- Must be 18
- Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays required)
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Basic tech/POS system comfort
- Reliable transportation
Position Details
- Part-Time (opportunity for growth into Full-Time or Lead roles)
- Shift Hours: Typically 9:30 AM – 5:00–7:30 PM (varies by location)
