We are a locally loved boutique brand with three unique shop concepts in Duluth, MN. From women’s fashion to home goods and children’s essentials, our spaces are thoughtfully curated to inspire connection, creativity, and a positive in-store experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
• Style and recommend products with confidence
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
• Support daily store operations and inventory tasks
• Build strong relationships with customers and the community
• Contribute to team sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated
• Passion for retail, fashion, design, or community-based businesses
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Eye for aesthetics (or willingness to learn)
• Team player who can also work independently
• Retail or relevant experience preferred

Qualifications

• Must be 18
• Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays required)
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
• Basic tech/POS system comfort
• Reliable transportation

Position Details

• Part-Time (opportunity for growth into Full-Time or Lead roles)
• Shift Hours: Typically 9:30 AM - 5:30 or half day shifts between the hours of 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM (varies by location)
• Pay: Based on experience performance growth opportunities
