What You'll Do
- Build positive, supportive relationships with children and serve as a positive role model.
- Plan and lead engaging activities, games, crafts, and enrichment experiences.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Communicate professionally with families, staff, and administration.
- Supervise children while promoting respect, responsibility, and inclusion.
- Document incidents and complete required reports accurately.
- Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining activity materials.
- Support half-day, school break, and day-off programming as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
