Ivy Hill, a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center located in Perkasie, PA is looking to add to our team of instructors!
Part time-positions are currently available, with the potential to turn into full-time for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Instructing private and group lessons for beginner through walk/trot/canter therapeutic riding students ranging in age from 3-70 years old.
- Creating individualized lesson plans that meet the rider’s current skill level and documenting rider goals and progress.
- Ability to safely mount and dismount riders in accordance with PATH Intl. standards and guidelines.
- Ability to perform tack and safety checks
- Develop and delegate duties for volunteers and other members of the instructional team-Work with other instructors in a shared lesson ring
- Ability to understand and perform riding skills, advanced skill level preferred
Requirements:
- PATH Intl. CTRI preferred
- Previous experience teaching riding skills, and working with a special needs population
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances, and jog short distances
Current schedule openings include: 4 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, Weekdays Monday through Thursday, and Saturday

Starting Salary: $16 - $16.50 per hour
