What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR position at IVY HALL NURSING HOME?

Accepts the responsibility for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing facility maintenance on a 24-hour/day, 7-day/week basis. Is delegated authority by the facility Executive Director to accomplish plant maintenance in compliance with current federal, state and local requirements. Is accountable to the facility Executive Director for accomplishing successful plant maintenance within established budgetary guidelines.
