Responsibilities:
Maintain the facility's physical structure, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, fixtures, and appliances within the facility
Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to prevent and resolve issues
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address safety concerns and facility needs
Manage budgets and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting
