Willis & Associates Family Dentistry is a 22-location, founder-led dental group across Virginia doing $23M in annual revenue — built without private equity, from scratch. Marketing is a core growth lever and we're ready to invest in someone who can own it completely.
What this role actually is
This is a hands-on execution role for someone fluent in AI tools, self-directed, and wired to build systems that run at scale. You will own our entire marketing function across 22 Virginia locations — using AI as your primary force multiplier. No committees. No bureaucracy. Direct line to the CEO.

Posting, reputation management & optimization across all 22 locations
Google Local Services Ads
Setup, management & performance tracking
SEO & blog content
Publishing at scale using AI tools across all locations
Social media content
Creating & managing content across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
Podcast production
Producing, editing & distributing branded podcast content
Websites & reviews
WordPress updates, content upgrades & review response management
What we're looking for
Daily hands-on use of AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
Proven experience with Google Business Profile, LSAs & local SEO
WordPress proficiency and content systems experience
Podcast or video content production experience
Strong async communicator — you respond, update, and flag issues proactively
Self-starter who owns outcomes, not just hours
Multi-location or franchise marketing experience a strong plus
Recent grads with strong AI tool fluency encouraged to apply

Remote-possible. Strong preference for candidates in the Charlottesville, Roanoke, or Central Virginia area. Occasional in-person visits to our Virginia locations expected. Virginia candidates — including recent grads — strongly encouraged to apply.
