Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Support / Office Manager to join our Huntington, NY team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling, client communication, and office coordination
- Manage daily office operations and maintain organized records and filing systems
- Prepare and process forms, documents, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain compliance documentation and assist with regulatory procedures
- Greet clients and uphold a professional, welcoming office environment
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or office management experience required
- Experience in a financial services or compliance-adjacent environment a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
