We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrator/HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage HR functions, and contribute to the smooth operation of our staffing company.
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including reception, phone, and mail
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate communication
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations
Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing
Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-0-1 years of experience in office administration or HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
