Job Title: Office Administrator/HR Coordinator

Reports to: Operations Manager/President

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrator/HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage HR functions, and contribute to the smooth operation of our staffing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including reception, phone, and mail

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate communication

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations

  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing

  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-0-1 years of experience in office administration or HR

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Work Location: In person
