IVI RMA North America of state-of-the-art fertility clinics is currently seeking a Surgical Center Nurse Manager for our growing San Francisco. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm. Job Purpose:The Surgical Center Manager assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of services in the facility which provides services including Gynecological, Urological, HSG, and IVF procedures.Essential Functions/Accountabilities:Functions as a working manager and participates and demonstrates flexibility to cover staffing as needed.Assists with planning and assuring equipment and supplies based on procedure and physician needs.Demonstrates clinical expertise in all procedures and assisting physicians as it relates to specific procedures and patient needs clinically.Promotes cost containment while delivering quality patient care.Demonstrates flexibility to perform other functions within the Center, Procedure rooms and Operating Rooms to assist in smooth operation of the department, including coverage and lunch breaks.
