What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at iVET360?

Veterinary Receptionist Wanted for a Front-Row Seat to Furry Fun and Friendly Faces!

Okay, so maybe it’s not a front-row seat to a Hollywood premiere, but Down Maine Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and be the friendly face that greets our beloved clients and their pets!

Our independent, doctor-owned practice is fast-paced yet relaxed and fun, where we value each team member's contributions. As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, making their experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We’re offering a four-day work week, with no weekends and no on-call shifts, and we’re flexible with scheduling—part-time applicants are also welcome to apply.

What do we need from you? A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for helping people and animals alike. Previous experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus but not required. Most importantly, we want someone who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment and is ready to make a difference!

Benefits include:

  • 401k with a 3% employer contribution (after one year of employment)
  • Fully funded health insurance coverage (after 90 days of employment)
  • HSA contribution of $1,800 per year
  • Paid vacation/PTO
  • Uniform allowance
  • Employee discount
  • Flexible work week—no weekends and no on-call shifts

If you’re ready to join a practice where you can enjoy coming to work every day, send your cover letter and resume to reception@downmainevets.com or give us a call at (207) 324-4683. We can’t wait to meet you!

Salary : $1,800
