What You'll Do

Clinical Excellence

• Safely initiate IVs and administer IV nutrient therapies and IM injections.
• Perform client assessments, review health histories, and identify any contraindications to treatment.
• Monitor clients during treatments to ensure safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Document treatments, assessments, and client responses accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all nursing standards, safety protocols, and infection control procedures.

Wellness Education & Client Experience

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every client.
• Educate clients on IV therapies, hydration support, vitamin injections and wellness services.
• Build trust through clear communication and exceptional bedside manner.
• Help clients understand how wellness treatments can support their individual goals and lifestyle.
• Support client retention by providing a consistently outstanding experience.

Clinic Operations

• Prepare treatment rooms and infusion supplies.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic.
• Support daily clinic workflow and scheduling needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 year of nursing experience.
• Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience with infusion therapy, hydration therapy, critical care, outpatient services, or vascular access.
• Experience in concierge medicine, wellness clinics, med spas, or other customer-facing healthcare environments.
• Experience educating patients regarding treatment plans and wellness services.

The Reality Check

You will be starting IVs throughout most of your shift.

Some clients will be wellness enthusiasts receiving routine therapies. Others may be first-time clients who are nervous about treatment and looking to you for reassurance and education.

The ideal nurse for this role combines strong clinical skills with genuine hospitality, understanding that every interaction contributes to the client's overall wellness experience.
