Assistant Clinic Director – IV Therapy

Clinic Director, where you'll play a crucial role in managing our outpatient IV therapy clinic, ensuring top-
notch care for our clients, and supporting the Clinic Director in all aspects of clinic operations.

What You’ll Do
● Support the Clinic Director with daily clinical operations
● Perform IV starts, administer fluids/nutrient infusions, and monitor clients
● Ensure a safe, high-quality, and welcoming patient experience
● Document treatments accurately in the EMR
● Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance support
● Help maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulations
● Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
● Stay updated on the latest nutrition infusion therapies and share knowledge with the team.
What We’re Looking For
● Active RN license or Paramedic certification
● 2 years IV infusion or vascular access experience (required)
● Strong IV skills (including difficult starts)
● Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills
● Comfortable educating clients and answering questions
● Interest in holistic, preventative, or functional medicine
● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Physical & Mental Requirements:
● Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted.
● Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods.
● Strong critical thinking, numeric, and communication skills.
Schedule
● Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts, with occasional weekends required
