- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
- Handle sanitation tasks such as disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety standards.
- Conduct residential cleaning tasks including laundry, bed making, trash removal, and organizing spaces for optimal presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits.
- Manage specialized cleaning procedures such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and floor care treatments to extend the lifespan of surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure readiness for daily operations.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or damage.
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable; familiarity with commercial, housing and/or hotel cleaning environments is a plus.
- Experience with residential cleaning services including laundry, housekeeper management, or similar roles enhances your effectiveness in this position.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with carpet cleaning methods and sanitation standards demonstrates your versatility.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients are essential.
