We’re a fast-growing residential cleaning company expanding in San Diego and looking for reliable, professional house cleaners to join our team.

ABOUT THE JOB:
- Residential cleanings (standard, deep, move-in/move-out)
- Work as an independent contractor (1099)
- Flexible schedule — choose your availability
- Consistent job opportunities as we grow
PAY & EARNINGS:
- Earn approximately $25–$30 per hour (based on performance)
- 50% of each job paid directly to you (ex: If the job is $200, you take $50 each (teams of 2) for 2 hours of work!)
- Keep 100% of your tips

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES):
- Prior paid residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation (car required)
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be on time
- Daily access to phone and internet
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check
*Having a cleaning partner is a plus but not required
