Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench or conveyor line
- Use hand tools, small power tools, and other specialized equipment to perform assembly tasks
- Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions to ensure accurate assembly
- Reassemble or rework units as required to meet quality and production standards
- Inspect assembled components for completeness and basic quality requirements
- Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or missing components to supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Comply with all safety procedures, policies, and work instructions
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to learn assembly processes through on‑the‑job training
- Attention to detail and quality
- Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned schedules
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
