The Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic development of our core corporate performance management system, OneStream. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the system to support our business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing complex financial systems and driving process improvements. This position reports to the Controller within the Chief Accounting Office and leads a team of 3 senior administrators.

Equal Pay Act Range
Annual Salary Range $115,200 to $172,200 including benefits and incentive plan.

Essential Responsibilities
OneStream Platform Support
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of OneStream application solutions for Consolidations, Planning, Cash, Tax, and Account Reconciliation, including metadata updates, optimization, and system updates .
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain system metadata, business hierarchies, workflows, transformation/business rules, etc.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Support acquisitions, integrations, and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) from source systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) in OneStream
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize financial systems initiatives. Collect and interpret business requirements for new OneStream solutions or enhancements.
- Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration. Assist with the development of the cost center budget.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to corporate performance management systems.
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional skills. Support team efforts to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain robust system documentation over key processes and controls used to support application solutions and training materials.
- Provide end-user training sessions in OneStream functionality and team cross-training.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide user support, conducting "deep dive" analysis of data in OneStream when anomalies are identified.
- Participate and/or lead in the design, build, training and roll-out of new solutions.
- Periodically participate in OneStream training programs, user groups and conferences to further develop OneStream skillset and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in financial systems administration with multidimensional tools (OneStream, HFM, etc.) and data integration management. OneStream certifications are highly desirable.
- 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP) and experience with financial analysis, reporting and/or planning business processes.
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools and advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.
- Knowledgeable of General Ledger Systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and scripting languages like VB.NET and SQL.
- Motivated project manager, self-starter, team leader, and problem solver able to troubleshoot end-user issues; develop and implement solutions.
- Detailed oriented, highly organized with a positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service, process efficiency, accuracy, and analysis through continuous improvement.
