We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s team in Alexandria, Virginia. In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer support by responding to inquiries related to basic account issues, password resets, and general website or system access troubleshooting.
This position is fully onsite and requires shift-based availability. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone and/or email.
- Resolve basic account inquiries, including password resets and access issues.
- Troubleshoot general website and system-related problems.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues using contact center tools.
- Utilize Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems and web-based platforms.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, including phone and/or email contact center support, data entry, issue logging, and use of ACD systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with web-based databases, software applications, and email platforms.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).

Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $17.50 – $19.00 USD
