Position Specifics:
- Location: West Greenville Office(125Commons Way, Greenville, SC 29611)
- Schedule:Monday-Thursday, 7:30AM-4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30AM-12:00PM
- Responsibilities:
- Administration of the biweekly Payroll system for 70 employees
- Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding new members to our employee group after an analysis of applicants based on their skills and abilities
- During the process of acquiring a talented candidate, perform background and reference checks on final candidates during the hiring process
- Organizes new employee orientation
- Plans and Administers Compensation Programs based on an established program endorsed by the leadership team and sanctioned by the Chief Executive Officer
- Plans and administers the Employee Benefit Plans including annual open enrollment
- Provides accurate and timely employee benefits information based on employee questions
- Maintains employee Human Resource files and complies with all State and Federal record retention requirements
- Manages Employee Relations Programming including Performance Management, Performance Appraisals, Progressive Discipline Processes and Problem Resolution procedures
- Manages Leave of Absence programs including FMLA
- Represent employer in community at recruiting events including job fairs and on campus recruiting
- Works with the leadership team to develop strategic objectives for the Human Resources programs
- 5-8 years of progressive experience Human Resources
- Experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated success working as a Human Resources professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS,HRIS systems, and other relevant software

- Salary - $70,000 - 75,000 / year
- Paid Time Off (PTO)– 10 days (80 hours)plus one (1) day for each year of employment at iTrust for a possible maximum of 15 days (120hours)
- Paid Company Holidays– 5 days (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving)
- Paid End-of-Year Break (Dec. 24-Jan. 1)– office-wide closure for the holidays to rest and recuperate
