Position Overview:
As a therapist with iTrust Wellness Group, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in a hybrid model or fully remote if preferred. We offer an established referral pipeline and administrative support, so you can focus on what you do best: helping clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized therapy services, including assessments and ongoing treatment
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EMR system
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, state laws, and HIPAA guidelines
- Maintain an active, unrestricted South Carolina license
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Flexible scheduling
- Hybrid or fully remote options available
- Payment structure is based on a fee-for-service model, with competitive rates for intake, follow-ups, group sessions, and crisis appointments
- Collaborative Care Model: Be part of a multidisciplinary team of medication management providers and therapists who work together to ensure clients receive comprehensive, integrated care
