About the Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused Front Desk & Guest Communications Associate to join our growing property management team. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for both guests and property owners through professional communication across phone, email, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms. You will also assist with social media tasks and contribute creative ideas for newsletters and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, , etc.).
- Communicate professionally with property owners and provide timely updates and support.
- Manage bookings, guest notes, calendars, and property details within company systems.
- Assist with social media content, basic posting, and community engagement.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas for monthly newsletters and marketing communications.
Support daily front desk operations and general administrative tasks.
- Navigate multiple online platforms and troubleshoot basic technology issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a positive company image.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and platforms.
- Experience with OTA sites is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred but not required.
