Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships. This hybrid outreach role requires a dynamic professional comfortable with both digital selling and face-to-face relationship building. Your efforts will be vital in driving revenue growth and helping ITRegulators, Inc. scale its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new B2B sales leads through networking, direct sales calls, cold calling, inbound leads, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients—both remotely and via on-site visits to client offices—to deeply understand their pain points and present tailored IT solutions.
- Presentations & Meetings: Set up and conduct online introductory meetings, as well as in-person presentations at client locations, to effectively showcase our managed services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and face-to-face visits to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that drive pipeline growth.
- Performance Tracking: Track all sales activities, log communications in our CRM, and report on performance metrics, proactively adjusting strategies as needed.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development; experience within the IT, MSP, or technology sector is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud IT solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to pitch to C-level executives in person.
- Drive: Self-motivated and proactive, with a hunter mentality for closing new business.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)
First Year Pay Forecast: $100,000
Clean and transparent earning potential. We offer a competitive base salary of $50,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission and bonuses tied to meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
