About the Role:
We are seeking a Power Platform / Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) / Productivity Tools Team. This is a hands-on role focused on building, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, while also providing general engineering support across Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities:
Power Platform:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows
- Focus on Apps and Automate experience (Power BI is nice to have but not required)
- Drive initiatives and build enterprise-grade apps and automations
- Build and development are primary; administration is secondary
Microsoft 365 / Engineering Support:
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange
- Provide general engineering support across the Microsoft 365 collaboration stack
- Build and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and APIs (Graph API, SharePoint REST API)
- Create documentation, SOPs, and internal training materials
- Provide 3rd-level support and assist with change management
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- 3 years of Microsoft 365 engineering (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office)
- 3 years of experience with PowerShell scripting / Azure Automation / API integration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Nice-to-Have / Bonus:
- Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments
Salary : $30 - $35
