Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting
- Proficient in Hiring techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in IT or technology recruitment is preferred
