Position Overview
The Project Executive is a senior leadership position responsible for strategic oversight, operational excellence, and executive‑level project performance across major electrical construction projects.
This role will partner closely with field operations, project management, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure exceptional delivery of large‑scale electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Executive will oversee:
- Executive leadership across multiple major project portfolios
- Full project lifecycle oversight from preconstruction through turnover
- High‑level coordination with field leadership, clients, and internal teams
- Profitability management, schedule performance, and risk mitigation
- Workforce strategy, manpower planning, and resource allocation
- Quality standards, installation excellence, and operational consistency
- Safety leadership and compliance across all assigned projects
- Development of project managers, superintendents, and future leaders
- Prefabrication and modular construction strategy integration
- Executive‑level client management and relationship building
This role requires a strategic, highly visible leader who excels in high‑growth environments, builds high‑performing teams, and ensures strong execution on complex electrical construction projects.
Requirements
- 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience with an electrical contractor or large specialty contractor
- Successful oversight of large-scale electrical project portfolios ($50M–$300M )
- Strong background in project financials, forecasting, and contract management
- Expertise in scheduling, project sequencing, logistics, and operational planning
- Demonstrated safety leadership and risk mitigation competency
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and executive teams
- Exceptional communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $190,000 - $240,000
