Integrated Telehealth Partners (ITP) connects Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner's to hospital emergency departments, psychiatric hospitals, inpatient psychiatry units, rural health clinics, and other outpatient facilities. In addition, the ITP network provides crisis management to help patients find the best level of care in the market, which increases access to coordinated care and decreases patient wait times.
Position Details:
- The patient age range would be between 18 years of age or older
- Fully On-Site
- Outpatient
- No Call/No nights or weekends
- Dynamic support to team that you would be part of and supported by
- Working with our clinic
- 40 hours a week
Schedule:
A flexible schedule that would be coordinated between the clinic team and the provider. This would be an onsite position.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania PHMNP licensure required
- all adults experience
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
