We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our supportive, patient-centered Psychiatry Team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
As an integral part of our behavioral health team, you will:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team

Make treatment recommendations for psychotherapeutic interventions and medications

Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning

Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, the flexibility to manage your own time, and no on-call duties.
What We’re Looking For

Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required)

Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
