What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Front of House & Events team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest feels at home. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch service to all guests, ensuring they leave with a smile and a story to tell.
- Managing high-volume service with efficiency and grace, even during our busiest times.
- Supporting and executing events that showcase our craft brews and culinary offerings.
- Collaborating with our team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the taproom.
- Representing Ithaca Beer Co. with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
What We're Looking For: Skills & Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar role.
- A hospitality-forward mindset with a passion for wowing guests.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to excel in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine love for craft beer and great food (bonus points if you’re already a fan of our cheddar ale soup!).
