What You’ll Do
As a Dishwasher & Cold Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring our guests enjoy the quality they’ve come to expect from Ithaca Beer Co. Your responsibilities will include: - Washing and organizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment with care and efficiency. - Preparing fresh and delicious salads and desserts to complement our menu offerings. - Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, prioritizing cleanliness and food safety. - Working as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly. - Supporting the kitchen staff by staying organized and maintaining a sense of urgency during busy times.
