Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse activities, staff, and processes during assigned shifts or for designated areas.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Track inventory accuracy through physical counts and system reconciliation.
- Enforce safety procedures during material handling and equipment operation (e.g., forklifts).
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of goods.
- Monitor compliance with internal processes and external regulations as applicable.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse procedures and logistics operations.
- Assist with team scheduling, training, and shift hand-offs.

Experience
- Working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control systems
- Daily interaction with warehouse team, contractors, and logistics partners
- Hands-on familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Hands-on warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Daily use of warehouse systems and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Responsibility for supervising staff and enforcing safety standards
- Understanding of inventory control processes and logistical workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead a shift team with accountability and clear communication
- Consistent execution of warehouse procedures and problem-solving on the floor
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to use hands and arms to handle tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must maintain all safety expectations and use PPE as required
- May need to work outdoors in varying conditions for extended periods
