Responsible for implementing company’s environmental, health and safety programs across multiple locations within the assigned regional territory. This is a 100% travel, field-based role requiring weekly travel (Monday through Friday) across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Ensures compliance with company policies, Federal and industry regulatory requirements while supporting safety communication and field audits.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate safety and compliance programs/ processes to all leadership levels, providing support to front-line leadership on matters related to occupational safety, environmental compliance, and loss prevention.
- Monitor all operations and jobsites across multiple states within the region for compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEP, DOT, NFPA, ANSI regulations and company safety policies.
- Monitor Drive Cam System to ensure locations are adhering to company policies and requirements across assigned regional territory.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled facility, vehicle and field inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and industry regulatory standards.
- Assist in incident investigations related to company operations under the direction of the Regional Safety Manager, including analysis of work environments to identify safety needs.
- Participate in and facilitate safety committee meetings as needed across assigned locations, promoting company policy understanding and adherence.
- Assist in developing programs designed to control, eliminate, and prevent incidents in coordination with the Regional Safety Manager.
- Support the Regional Safety Manager in keeping management informed of current safety performance, potential hazards, serious incidents, and regulatory inquiries affecting safety policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of safety inspections, compliance activities, and training certifications across multiple locations.
- Travel as necessary across assigned multi-state territory to fulfil safety oversight duties and ensure consistent application of safety standards.

Education: High school diploma required
Experience
- 1-3 years of Safety or Construction Experience
- Experience conducting field inspections and safety compliance activities
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations
- Knowledge of safety auditing, accident investigation and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with fire prevention programs
- Ability to read, write and speak English clearly for professional communication
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for multi-location oversight
- Ability to safely use weight-bearing equipment (gaffs, safety harness and ladders) within maximum weight limitations
- Ability to accurately measure distances using tapes or other measuring devices
- Ability to carry, climb and operate extension ladder (approximately 32 ft. high and 90 pounds)
- Ability to climb poles using gaffs, hooks and climbing belt
- Ability to walk over all types of terrain in all weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment
- Office and field environment exposure with frequent travel between locations
- Work performed near power lines and electricity at various heights above ground
- Office environment and extensive field exposure

- Exposure to moderate noise levels, dust, dirt, insects, rodents, pets, and cleaning solutions
