Position: Substitute Special Education Coordinator
Reports To: Jannel Fitzpatrick
Work Year Days: 1-2 days per week for the remainder of 2025-2026 school year
Work Hours: 10 hours
Educational/Training/Experience/License Required:
Special Education Administrator DESE License
Accountability Objective:
To effectively supervise, serve as liaison for, and ensure compliance with the special education process
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Team meetings
- Ensure that all legal timelines are followed.
- Review/proof all IEPs and related documents for legal/educational soundness.
- Assist in providing supervision, consultation, coordination and oversight to personnel assigned to the Special Education Department.
