- Strong knowledge of literacy development, including phonemic awareness, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.

- Experience with MTSS frameworks and Tier 2/Tier 3 interventions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and use of assessment data to drive instruction.
- Provide targeted, evidence-based literacy interventions for struggling readers, with a focus on closing proficiency gaps.
- Support the implementation of MTSS, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 reading interventions.
- Monitor student progress regularly and adjust interventions based on data.
- Support early identification and remediation of reading difficulties.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to improve literacy instruction across content areas.
- Coach and support teachers in implementing effective literacy strategies and interventions.
- Administer and analyze literacy assessments to inform instruction and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with students, families, and staff.
- Participate in team meetings, school initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree
- Strong instructional, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must successfully pass a CORI background check and fingerprinting as required by Massachusetts law.
