Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Tableau
- Work closely with stakeholders to define key metrics, data needs, and reporting requirements
- Ensure data integrity and perform routine data validation and quality checks
- Translate complex data into understandable formats for business users and leadership
- Create and document data models, workflows, and reporting processes
- Support data governance and standardization initiatives Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes
- Collaborate with IT to ensure proper data architecture, integrations, and security
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports
- Stakeholder satisfaction with data insights
- Number of automated reports/processes developed
- Reduction in data discrepancies
- Usage and engagement with dashboards and reporting tools
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
Experience
- 2 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience working with databases, APIs, and large data sets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Internal: Collaborates closely with teams across operations, finance, sales, and leadership
- External: May interface with vendors or platforms for data tools and integrations
