Responsibilities
- Supervise billing clerks in processing field work and ensure that the invoices are generated accurately and within the timelines.
- Support monthly closing processes, check for issues, variances and resolve them to enable accurate and timely closure.
- Generate regular reports on billing performance and metrics for timely review and intervention.
- Monitor AR aging and support collections efforts to achieve the target days sales outstanding (DSO).
- Review and analyze unbilled reports to ensure timely invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with customer SOWs and billing requirements.
- Interface with Operations teams on billing documentation and queries.
- Interact with customers to address and resolve billing issues.
- Provide training and guidance to billing clerks to enhance their capabilities and performance.
- Support system updates and process improvements for automation and improving productivity, accuracy and billing metric

- 3 years of experience in billing operations
- 1 years of supervisory experience
- Strong background in billing processes
- Proficiency in FUSE system
- Knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
- Understanding of customer billing requirements
- Experience with financial reports, analysis Factors critical to success at ITG Communications for this position (not more than 3):

Salary : $52,000 - $60,000
