What You'll Do
- Find exceptional talent: Use research, proactive outreach, and creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Create compelling job posts: Turn hiring needs into clear, engaging opportunities that attract the right people.
- Build lasting relationships: Network with candidates and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
- Partner with hiring managers: Develop targeted sourcing strategies and keep the recruiting process moving.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience: Communicate clearly, follow through, and provide attentive service throughout the hiring process.
- 1–3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong research and sourcing skills, with the persistence to find talent beyond incoming applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and the ability to prioritize competing needs.
- A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
