Warehouse Associate – Order Fulfillment
About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our order fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping printer and copier equipment and supplies to meet daily order demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately from warehouse locations using pick lists, work orders, or scanning systems
- Pack outbound shipments securely and in accordance with company standards
- Verify order contents against packing slips prior to shipment
- Prepare orders for freight, courier, or customer pickup
- Apply shipping labels and coordinate handoffs with carriers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Restock pick locations as needed to support fulfillment workflows
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to a supervisor
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Ability to work at a steady pace to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions
Nice to Have
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight services
- Forklift or pallet jack certification
Work Environment This is a physically active, on-site warehouse role. You will be on your feet the majority of the shift, moving through the warehouse and handling equipment of varying sizes and weights.
