- Providing administrative and clerical support to Logistics Operations.
- Coordinating daily activities with the Logistics Manager and Leads.
- Maintaining records of logistics transactions by scanning them into a centralized document repository.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and organizing/labeling components in the warehouse.
- Processing cycle count results.
- Generate logistics efficiency reports and track KPIs.
- Assist in time studies on logistics operations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining new process documentation to ensure future standardization.
- Communicating with carriers and coordinating daily pick-ups.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.
- Reports directly to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager
- Detail oriented, passion for accuracy and sense of urgency.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires a minimum of 2-3 years related experience.
- Proven ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures, instructions, and to meet schedules required.
- Good computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook and shipping software
- Detail oriented, passion for accuracy and sense of urgency.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
