Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and direct the Entity Mapping Design to ensure a functional and complete approach that will support successful deployment of the IRM capability within the IMF.
- Direct the design, architecture, development, and implementation of the GRC Accelerator Project to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including end users, risk focal points, IT project managers, and platform/product owners, to collect and refine technical requirements.
- Architect and develop technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, encompassing integrations, workflows, and custom enhancements.
- Ensure that all technical architecture meets IMF's enterprise application standards and recommends alternative technologies when warranted.
- Supervise the preparation and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, such as application architecture, integration frameworks, and data migration strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in leading the configuration of GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance), Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Assessments, and the Business Continuity Management application suites.
- Oversee the complete technical lifecycle of the project, including development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, including developers, business analysts, and additional technical staff.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal IMF policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience implementing IT projects, preferably in GRC or related fields.
- A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience with the ServiceNow platform, including of GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance), Security Operations (SecOps),and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and other relevant modules.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and application development within ServiceNow.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as of GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance), Security Operations (SecOps),and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Privacy Management, Third Party Security Risk Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and other relevant applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical ServiceNow projects on time and within budget.
- Solid knowledge of information security, enterprise risk management, and data privacy principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid methodologies, including Agile project management and sprint planning, is required.
- Relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, are a plus.
