This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher located in Kalispell, MT. The Truck Dispatcher will manage the scheduling and routing of vehicles, communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries, and address any delays or issues that may arise. Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients to meet their shipping requirements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with logistics and safety regulations.

• Strong skills in Logistics Management, Scheduling, and Route Planning
• Proficiency in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Conflict Resolution
• Experience in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to utilize Dispatch Management Software and related tools effectively
• Understanding of transportation regulations and guidelines
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications or experience in logistics or transportation are a plus
• Bilingual candidates and individuals with prior experience in the trucking or logistics industry are strongly preferred
