What We’re Looking For:
* 3 years of bookkeeping experience with a U.S.-based company
* UK and Netherlands bookkeeping experience
* QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification
* Strong experience with multi-state sales tax and payroll
* Prepare financial statements and reports
* Month-end and year-end close
* Maintain organized and audit-ready records
* Budgeting & Financial Planning - Develop monthly and annual budgets, track
* performance against budget and highlight variances
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Experience with automation or workflow tools
Familiarity with Double App (formerly Keeper)
Experience in improving processes or building internal tools
- Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily transactions and reconcile bank activity using QuickBooks Online
- Compile and send daily financial summary reports to internal leadership
- Manage and update Excel-based job costing reports
- Send invoices and follow up on collections
- Track and report payments by method (cash, check, financing, etc.)
- Input contract totals from sales closed the previous day
- Prepare sales order, price quotes and work with purchasing and logistics team
- Maintain vendor records and payment schedules
- Organize and enter installer crew activity and purchase orders
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct phone calls to proper department.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
