itD is seeking a Technical Project Manager IV to lead cross-functional teams in delivering AR hardware prototypes, user studies, and innovative user experiences. This role drives the execution of complex technical projects from conception through post-launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with strategic goals.
Location: Onsite – Redmond, WA
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $74.29- $83.87 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AR hardware vehicles and user studies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build and enhance prototyping platforms.
- Set up, maintain, and present prototypes to various audiences.
- Monitor project statuses and ensure timelines are being met.
- Communicate analyses and provide actionable feedback to partners.
- Oversee user experience implementation from product conception to launch, including post-launch support.
- Contribute to strategic decisions alongside Design, Product, and Executive teams.
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material.
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
- 6–8 years of experience in technical project management.
- Strong risk management and risk tracking abilities.
- High-level team planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience with real-time 3D development, AR/VR, and game development.
- Creativity, problem-solving, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Experience using computers for layouts and generating new images.
- Expert problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Technical background in electrical or systems engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
