Technical Program Manager IV

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager IV to lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional corporate transactions, driving alignment from deal evaluation through post-close operational readiness. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination across Finance and partner teams, enabling successful execution of strategic deals and ventures. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in program management within M&A or partnership environments and a track record of delivering high-impact transaction execution and operationalization at scale.

Location: Highly preferred onsite in Menlo Park, CA (MPK); remote candidates considered within PST time zone (occasional travel to MPK required).

Duration: 6 months- Is there a potential extension? Yes, if we have an influx of projects.

Pay Rate: $121.83 - $137.55 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management of corporate transactions, from deal execution through Day 1 operational readiness
• Build and maintain master deal timelines, project plans, RACI frameworks, and centralized tracking systems across stakeholders
• Drive structured communication cadence, including leadership updates, working sessions, and executive-level reporting
• Manage and maintain deal data rooms, ensuring proper access control, organization, and responsiveness to diligence requests
• Coordinate across 12 cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Operations to ensure seamless integration
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies across concurrent transactions
• Lead retrospectives and develop scalable playbooks to improve future transaction execution

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
  
  

Required Qualifications And Skills

• 8 years of program/project management experience, including M&A, partnerships, or venture-related transactions
• Strong experience managing cross-functional workstreams across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Operations
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Expertise in building and managing project plans, timelines, and governance structures
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with high complexity
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting frameworks
  
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Experience in Finance or Business Operations environments
• Background in process improvement and scalable program design
• Prior experience working in large technology organizations or supporting strategic corporate initiatives
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
