- Providing expert advice and guidance: Offering specialized insights and recommendations to teams, stakeholders, and clients on topics within their area of expertise.
- Driving innovation and problem-solving: Utilizing in-depth knowledge to identify and resolve complex challenges, streamline processes, and contribute to developing innovative solutions.
- Ensuring accuracy and quality: Reviewing and validating deliverables, documentation, and processes to ensure they adhere to industry best practices, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Developing and delivering training and documentation: Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues through training programs and creating comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborating with various teams: Working closely with product development, engineering, marketing, customer service, and other departments to enhance capabilities and drive innovation.
- Maintaining knowledge and staying current: Continuously researching and analyzing industry trends and developments to remain at the forefront of their field.
- Acting as a resource for internal and external stakeholders: Responding to inquiries, clarifying doubts, and educating others on complex concepts.
- US Citizen (REQUIRED)
- 5-Days a week onsite in Washington, DC (Near Navy Yard Ball-Park)
- 4-8 Years experience as a HQ-SME
- Extensive experience and knowledge in a specific field: Possessing a deep and current understanding of their area of specialization, often gained through years of practical application.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, reports, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement, solve problems, and provide valuable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Effectively communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Ability to develop and deliver training: Sharing knowledge and expertise with others through formal training and informal mentoring.
