Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with deep experience in the Payments domain, data analysis, and product development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in a Microsoft environment, driving platform strategy, delivery, and performance metrics.
Must Have Skills
Senior-level Technical Program Management
Payments / E-commerce domain experience
Product development lifecycle experience
Data analysis and reporting
Cross-functional project and stakeholder management
Microsoft experience (FTE or Contingent)
Reporting tools: Excel, Azure DevOps (ADO)
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive program and platform strategy aligned with business goals
Lead technical planning, execution, and delivery across engineering and product teams
Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones
Track and report platform goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
Partner with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders
Ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced payments environment
Experience & Education
10 12 years of Technical Program / Product Program Management experience
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering (BE / BTech / MS)
Additional Notes
Strong communication and leadership skills required
Payments platform, transaction processing, or checkout systems experience preferred
Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Redmond, WA from Day One
